C2 Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Takedown Policy
1. Introduction
At C2, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our Users to do the same. In accordance with the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented the following procedure for the notification of claimed copyright infringement on our platform.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on
our platform, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the platform, with sufficient detail that we may find it on the website (e.g., the URL or screen capture).
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
4. Responding to a DMCA Takedown Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
- Provide the content provider, member, or user with a copy of the DMCA takedown notice.
5. Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the
following information to our designated copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in New York, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
6. Restoring Access to Content
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Promptly provide the person who filed the original DMCA notification with a copy of the counter-notification.
- Inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days.
- Restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it in not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated copyright agent first receives notice from the person who filed the original DMCA notification that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our platform.
7. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate User accounts that are the subject of repeated DMCA notifications in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
8. Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or add to this policy, and all users should periodically review this page for any changes.
