5. WINNER DETERMINATION
Winners of the Contest will be determined based on objective performance metrics and skill-based evaluations, as set forth below.
No element of chance is involved in the determination of any Winner. For clarity, random drawings, lotteries, or any other
chance-based selection methods will not be used.
First Place Winner (VIP Ladder Ranking):
One (1) First Place Winner will be the eligible Diamond level VIP who holds the #1 Top Position on the VIP Ladder within the C2
application at exactly 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2026, as determined by the Sponsor's official systems.
The VIP Ladder reflects relative performance based on a rolling thirty (30) day metric calculated and displayed by the Sponsor's
official systems. The Sponsor's determination of VIP Ladder rankings shall be final and binding.
Tie-Breaker (First Place Only):
In the event of a tie for the #1 Top Position on the VIP Ladder at the conclusion of the Contest Period, the Sponsor will determine
the First Place Winner based on the earliest time at which the tied Diamond VIP first achieved the tied #1 position, as recorded by
the Sponsor's official systems.
If a tie cannot be resolved using this method, the Sponsor may apply an alternate tie-breaking method based on objective performance
criteria, applied uniformly and in good faith and consistent with these Official Contest Rules. No random selection will be used.
Second Place Winner (Skill Challenge):
One (1) Second Place Winner will be selected through a Custom Gift Concept Skill Challenge (the "Skill Challenge").
Skill Challenge Eligibility:
All eligible Diamond level VIPs who appear on the VIP Ladder at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2026, excluding the First Place
Winner, will be eligible to participate in the Skill Challenge, provided they have not opted out of the Contest and otherwise comply
with these Official Contest Rules.
Skill Challenge Submission:
Eligible participants will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours after the Contest Period ends with submission instructions
and the submission deadline (the "Submission Deadline"). Submissions must be received by the Submission Deadline to be eligible.
Each eligible participant may submit one (1) written Custom Gift concept in accordance with submission guidelines provided by the Sponsor.
Submissions must be received within the time period specified by the Sponsor following notification of eligibility.
Judging Criteria:
Submissions will be evaluated by a Sponsor-appointed judging panel based on the following criteria:
- Creativity and originality (30 points)
- Viewer engagement value (25 points)
- Streamer experience value (20 points)
- Platform fit and brand alignment (15 points)
- Technical feasibility (10 points)
Total possible score: 100 points.
Judges will score each eligible submission using the criteria above, applied consistently across submissions.
Winner Selection:
The eligible submission receiving the highest total score will be designated the Potential Second Place Winner, subject to verification and compliance
with these Official Contest Rules.
Skill-Based Tie-Breakers:
In the event of a tie:
- The submission with the higher creativity and originality score will prevail;
- If still tied, the submission with the higher viewer engagement value score will prevail;
- If a tie remains, the judging panel will conduct a comparative review to determine the winner based on platform fit and feasibility.
The judging panel's decisions are final and binding. No element of chance is involved in the determination of the Second Place Winner.
Verification and Eligibility:
Each First Place Winner and Second Place Winner is a "Potential Winner" unless and until verified by the Sponsor. Each Potential Winner must comply with all
eligibility requirements and may be required to complete and return documentation requested by the Sponsor, including, where permitted by law, an affidavit or
declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
If a Potential Winner:
(i) fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification;
(ii) fails to submit a required Skill Challenge entry (if applicable);
(iii) submits incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information;
(iv) fails to satisfy any eligibility requirement; or
(v) is otherwise determined by the Sponsor, in its reasonable discretion exercised in good faith, to be ineligible or noncompliant,
the Potential Winner will be disqualified and the associated prize may be forfeited.
Canadian Residents:
In order to be declared a Winner and receive a prize, any Potential Winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind,
a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor within the time period specified by the Sponsor.
Alternate Winners:
If a Potential Winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, fails to comply with these Official Contest Rules, or forfeits the prize:
- First Place: the next highest-ranked eligible and opted-in Diamond VIP on the VIP Ladder as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2026 will be designated as the new Potential Winner.
- Second Place: the Sponsor may designate the next highest-scoring eligible Skill Challenge submission, as determined by the judging panel, as the new Potential Winner.
This process may be repeated a reasonable number of times until a prize is awarded or, if no eligible alternate remains, the prize will be forfeited.
If no eligible Skill Challenge submission is received, the Second Place prize will be forfeited.
Winner Notification:
Potential Winners will be notified via email to the address associated with the Entrant's C2 account within forty-eight (48) hours of determination.
Entrants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and monitoring their email accounts, including spam or junk folders. Failure to timely respond
may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
